Cancellation Policy

All bookings are strictly non‑refundable. Full payment is required at the time of class begin date. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All cancellations are non‑refundable, regardless of the reason. No‑shows forfeit the full booking fee and do not qualify for rescheduling or credit. The company reserves the right to deny transfer requests that do not meet emergency criteria. The company may update or modify this policy at any time.
