Discovery's Standard Outpatient Program (SOP) is a weekly counseling program for clients who need ongoing support after completing an initial program, or whose court order calls for a lower-intensity level of care than IOP. Sessions are led by a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and focus on relapse prevention, coping skills, and accountability.

The program runs 7 sessions and is offered in-person, online, and in Spanish, in a format recognized by courts throughout Harris County and the surrounding area, including Comal and Brazoria County. Discovery is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation. Check with your court or probation officer to confirm this program meets your specific requirement before enrolling.
