Online Aftercare Program

Online Aftercare Program (30 Days) is a supportive online program designed to help clients stay connected to a sober community after completing an outpatient program. Over 30 days, participants continue practicing recovery tools in real life with guidance and accountability from an assigned, licensed Recovery Peer Specialist. Program requirements include attending four (4) 12-step meetings, participating in two (2) Alumni group sessions, and maintaining weekly engagement with the assigned Recovery Peer Specialist. Upon successful completion, clients receive a certificate verifying they met program requirements. The program can also be extended based on individual client needs.
