Thinking for a Change (T4C) is a cognitive-behavioral curriculum that focuses on changing the criminogenic thinking. It includes components such as cognitive self-change, social skills, and problem-solving skills24. Developed by the National Institute of Corrections, T4C aims to empower individuals to successfully reintegrate into society4. The program is broken into two phases, the first phase is 1-15 and the second phase is 16-25. Two times per week from 6-9PM over 7 weeks.
