Absence Policies for all Discovery Services
At Discovery, we understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend all sessions of your programs. We have outlined the policies for each program and the missed class/session fees.
DWI Education (12 hours)
No absences allowed. This class is too short and there is too much information missed when an absence occurs. Please plan accordingly before scheduling for this class if you cannot commit to the times you sign up for.
DWI Intervention (32 hours)
(1) Excused Absence is allowed. The cost for missed class fee is $20.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
(2) Excused Absences are allowed. The cost for missed group sessions are $30 each, in addition to group session fee.
Supportive Outpatient Program (IOP)
(2) Excused Absences are allowed. The cost for missed group sessions are $30 each.
T4C (Thinking for a Change)
No absences allowed. This class is too short and there is too much information missed when an absence occurs. Please plan accordingly before scheduling for this class if you cannot commit to the times you sign up for.
